Small group meditation sessions, 1 hour guided meditations with a 15 minute sound bath to finish.
The session will last three hours, and I assure you that time will quickly pass! We start off with a little chat to get to know one another and then we take it outside. It is a 20 minute mindful walk before we reach our spot. Once we get to our secluded location in the forest, we have time to deeply connect with both ourselves and the nature around us. The remarkable pine forest will heighten your senses and the feeling of being alive. Our tea ceremony with homemade cakes will close our time together. Come to this retreat to learn all about our interconnectedness to nature as well as becoming more tranquil and centred.

Being a trained counsellor of 25 years has continually enabled me to help others with their lives. Since working within a school for the last 10 years I realised that young adults have many different anxieties, this led me to the Mindfulness Now method, which is a fully assessed and certificated teaching qualification in the UK incorporating Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). This will hopefully help the students and give them new skills that will remain with them through adult hood. I am happy to help all ages as meditation is for everyone. There are extensive studies that prove that the Mindfulness now programme greatly reduces stress, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, sleeplessness, high blood pressure and helps manage pain. By practicing meditation and discussion, one can find happiness and calm. I also offer half days Forest bathing, being immersed in nature is truly an uplifting experience, wild swimming, guided walks, and time to explore this beautiful city. Blaeberry House has a vegan only kitchen.
